"I am happy when others achieve their dreams in both, private and working life, embracing athletic activities and wellness."
I was born and grew up in Slovakia. While running for fun, practicing rock climbing and Ju Jitsu, I graduated from the University of Veterinary Medicine in Kosice as Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. In 2012 earned Master of Business Administration (MBA) diploma at University of Liverpool, UK.
In 1995, after 18 months of veterinary practice I joined leading multinational pharmaceutical company and early 2000 embarked on series of international assignments. In 2016 embarked on career change, joining the global leader in diagnostics and IT solutions for animal health. Since t1995 I worked and lived in: Belgium, Russia, Poland, United Kingdom, Turkey, Balkan countries (former Yugoslavia), Czech Republic and other countries of Central Europe. Thanks to various roles I gained leadership experience in General, Sales, Marketing Management and Project Management - bridging Eastern and Western Europe.
In 2010 I got introduced to endurance activities and following year to sport of triathlon, becoming a competitive age group triathlete. Completed three full-Ironman distance triathlons so far as well as numerous half-Ironman and Olympic distance triathlons, half marathons, marathons, various endurance events including one ultra-marathon and 345km non-stop run (relay of 6).
Vegetarian since 1990, on my way to become vegan. Teetotaler.
Working for multinational, global, industry-leading company I fully realize how important is regular physical activity for healthy, balanced lifestyle and consistently successful performance in corporate environment.
Continuous delivery versus demanding business objectives under ever-increasing pressure is possible only thanks to conscious incorporation of physical endurance training and other wellness building blocks. The body, the emotions, the mind and the spirit and other elements of wellness, such as nutrition are all equally important.
Diverse physical training, competitions and lifestyle in general enhance my self motivation, versatility and drive. Thanks to these I became more dynamic and credible leader, exhibiting strong set of values. Am able to plan, recognize strategic opportunities and act decisively, always with highest degree of integrity.
In March 2015 I became certified L1 Triathlon Coach under rules of British Triathlon Federation.
I am happy when others achieve their dreams in both, private and working life, embracing athletic activities and wellness.
